1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing, browsing or using joyquest.pro (the "Site") and the HTML5 game services (the "Services") provided by Joyquest Team (the "we", "us", "our"), you (the "user", "you", "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms") and our Privacy Policy. Our trademarks, logos and service marks (including "Joyquest" and "joyquest.pro") may not be used in any way without our prior written permission.
You acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights to any content or games you access or use on the Site.
6. Disclaimers of Warranties
THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site and Services at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to your violation of these Terms.
